UPDATE: Commissions are closed for now. Things have gotten much busier for me, so I'm not certain if or when I'll be opening them up again. Will update when I can!
Commission Guidelines:
-I will be doing digital commissions only at this point (no traditional artwork)
-All payments must be in USD via Paypal -OR- deviantArt Points (points calculated using this)
-First pay, first serve. I’ll have three slots open at a time
-You will only receive a digital copy of your commission (I won’t be printing or mailing any physical copies)
-I will not draw copyrighted characters (unless somebody can convince me it is actually legal )(Fan characters from an existing series are okay, but no canon characters)
-These commissions are for personal use only, not commercial use
-I reserve the rights to post the finished commissions in my portfolio
What I typically draw
-A look through my portfolio will give you a good idea, but I am most experienced drawing humanoid children/teen/young adult characters in an anime-ish style. Not to say I am limited to this, but that’s my comfort zone.
Things I won’t draw
-Yaoi, yuri, anything of that sort
-Mature content (be it nudity, sexual content, extreme violence/gore, etc.)
Basically I like to keep my art PG-rated, so please keep that in mind. I will turn down your commission if it’s something I’m not comfortable drawing and displaying in my gallery.
Things I’m not practiced at drawing and wouldn’t recommend you commission me for:
Robots, Heavy machinery/weaponry, anthro characters, heavily muscled characters (like superheroes), cityscapes, perspective-heavy drawings, mythical creatures, chibis, realism
Commission options and prices:
These prices are for single characters. Extra characters can be added for half-price (for example, a fully-colored portrait normally costs $20 or 1600, so it would be $10.00 or 800 for each additional character you want in the drawing)
Portrait (head and shoulders)
Line-art: $12 USD or 960
Flat Colors: $15 USD or 1200
Fully Colored: $20 USD or 1600
Waist-Up
Line-art: $25 USD or 2000
Flat Colors: $29 USD or 2320
Fully Colored: $35 USD or 2800
Full-body (anything past the knees)
Line-art: $30 USD or 2400
Flat Colors: $35 USD or 2800
Fully Colored: $40 USD or 3200
Character Reference Sheet: $50 or 4000
(Includes 3 views of your character [full-body, profile portrait, front portrait], fully colored, plus any information you would like listed on it (name, age, height, color swatches, etc.)
Additional portraits, waist-ups, and full-body images may be added for half their usual price, as listed above.
Some important notes:
Lineart: If you commission a lineart drawing, you are free to color it! Just make sure you credit me for the linework.
Background: Complex backgrounds will have an additional charge, depending on size and complexity. A simple background, like color or texture treatment, is included for free. Let me know if you want a complex background, and we can discuss the price.
Style: I tend to switch between a few different line and coloring styles. Let me know when you request a commission if you have a style preference (linking to one of the pieces in my gallery to show me what you have in mind, if you wish). If no style is specified, I'll choose.

Payment Options:
-Paypal payments (USD) or dA points only. I will send you my Paypal address in a note, or have you send points via the link that I will make available.
If you pay with Paypal, make sure you select that you are paying for Goods and Services, and select No address needed / No shipping required!!
I will need to receive your payment in full before I start working on your commission.
If requested, I will do a round of minor edits to your completed commission free of charge (which could include things like a color adjustment, a missing detail, or other quick fixes). This must be done shortly after you've received your commission, as I don't want to be editing things months down the line. Large edits, like a change in pose, will likely require further payment.
If something comes up that prevents me from completing your commission, I will immediately give you a full refund in the same method that you payed me (points or Paypal). Otherwise, once I have started work on it, I may not be able to refund you, though if you absolutely must cancel we could likely arrange a partial refund depending how far I've gotten on the piece.
If you're not happy with something, talk to me about it! I want you to be happy with your completed commission. You can request to see it at various phases as I work on it too, if you like.
Please fill out this form and send it to me in a note when you request a commission!
1. Commission size (portrait, waist-up, full-body):
2. Line-art, flat colors, or fully colored:
3. Character(s) you want me to draw (and anything you think I should know about their personality):
4. Link(s) to references of character(s):
5. Do you have a preference which style I use? (If not, I'll choose):
6. Any of your preferences for pose, expression, mood, background, etc. (if you don’t specify, I will choose, so make sure you let me know if you have specifics in mind!) (feel free to include links to pose or bg references if you like, and remember there will be an additional charge for complex backgrounds):
7. Payment type (Paypal or Points?):
If you would like to commission a reference sheet, please use this form:
1. Character you want me to draw (and anything you think I should know about his or her personality):
2. Link(s) to references of the character:
3. Information you would like listed on the sheet (if any):
4. Any additional comments or preferences for the appearance of the reference sheet:
5. Payment type (Paypal or Points?):
I will write back to you to confirm what your commission will cost!
If you do not have reference images of your character, I will accept a very detailed description, but understand that I cannot guarantee they will look exactly like you imagine them.
And finally, commission slots:
1. ON HOLD
2. ON HOLD
3. ON HOLD
How long your commission will take greatly depends on its complexity, but I will complete it as quickly as my schedule allows.
If slots are full, let me know if you are interested, and I’ll note you when a slot becomes available!

Enjoy! ^_^ (PS - I hope you're all doing well in this crazy time! Thinking of all of you!) * * * * * Weaver's Stone, Chapter 1, Capture It wasn’t supposed to go this way. Nils tore down the hallway, his worn shoes sliding on the polished floor as he rounded a corner. He threw a hand up to push off the wall and kept running, clenching the necklace in his other hand with gloved fingers. He could hear boot steps thundering much too closely behind him. Another corner—he darted around it as quickly as possible, slid through an open doorway, and beheld with rapture an unguarded window. He threw it open and scrambled out into the cool night air
Update, plus new book coming soon!
Hi guys! It’s been a while! Just wanted to drop in with some updates, for those of you who have been so kind to stick with me :) Mostly I wanted to let you know that my new book is coming soon! The launch is planned for early spring. Here’s a first look at the cover: I’m SO excited to share this book with you! I’ve found writing is the one hobby I can’t live without, and even amidst the busy mom-life, these stories just keep buzzing inside my head and nagging me until I write them down, haha. Nothing better than seeing it all come together and then sharing it with others! There’ll be more to come on that soon, so stay tuned! In other news, I’m working on my first (and very slow, lol) play-through of Fire Emblem: The Three Houses. It’s super fun so far! I was surprised at first how different it is from previous games, but now that I’ve gotten the hang of it I’m really enjoying it. And, to answer the obvious question…Blue Lions :) Drawings from me are still very sparse with my
